The visit , commented by a guide, presents the history of the cheese dairy, the various steps of the manufacturing of our cheeses, including the cheese making rooms, brining rooms, the Hercule cheese ripening area and a visit of the exhibit on the history of dairy farming. The visit is complemented by a tour of our unique waste water purifying and energy recovery facility. The tour ends by a tasting of our cheeses at Charles-Simard House. This service is offered on an individual basis or to groups upon reservation.
